1. He has four books full of stamps!

他有4本贴满邮票的集邮册!

He has four books which/that are full of stamps!

① be full of 后面跟名词, 意为“充满,装满”,表示一种状态

The bottle is full of water. 这个瓶子装满了水。

② be filled with 也可以用来表示“充满,装满”,但更强调的是动作。

The basket is filled with apples by that old man.

这个篮子被那位老人装满了苹果。

That old man fills the basket with apples.

老人把这个篮子装满了苹果。

2. He spins it up and down. 

他让它上上下下快速旋转。

My sister can spin on her toes like a dancer.

我妹妹能像舞者一样惦着脚尖旋转。

My head is spinning. 我现在头晕。

Fish can swim up and down in the water.
