第一部分内容：基础知识
◆I would run a business and lead a team.我将会经营一个企业，并领导一个团队。
(1)run是动词，表示“跑；经营”。run a business 意为“经营一个企业”。
(2)lead 是动词，表示“领导，带领，引领”，常用结构lead sb.in/into (带领某人进入……) ，lead sb.to do sth.(带领某人去做某事)。
【拓展】lead a happy life 过幸福生活，lead a team 领导一个团队
leader为名词，意为“领导人”。

make sb./sth. adj.意为“使某人/某物……”。

encourage sb.to do sth.意为“鼓励某人做某事”。

不定式表示主语的内容，作表语。
eg：My plan is to go there by bus.我的计划是乘公交车去那儿。
◆But our biggest goal is to be happy.但我们最大的目标是快乐。
goal是名词，表示“终点，目的，目标”，常用结构有 reach/achieve one's goal “达到某人的目标”。goal 还可表示“球门，进球，得分”，常用结构有get/make a goal(进球，得分)。
