teach /tiːtʃ/ v.(taught/taught)教；讲授
teach sb.sth.相当于teach sth.to sb.意为“教某人某事”；teach sb.to do sth.意为“教某人做某事”。
eg：He teaches me English.＝He teaches English to me.

拓展①teach oneself sth.＝learn sth. by oneself自学某事；
② teach v.意为“教育，教训”。teach sb. a lesson“给某人一个教训”。
